Install the app
Install the app you want a license for on your device. For supported devices and installation paths see setup guides and Downloader codes you can look at our pages.
Send us your device details
Send us the device identity shown on screen when the app opens (the MAC address or the device/device key information the app displays) via WhatsApp or email.
Select the license type
For a single license state the 7 EUR per year or 15 EUR lifetime option; for Multi App state the lifetime option of 6 apps in total (3 IBO Player + 3 other apps) for 15 EUR.

What is the difference between IBO Player Pro and IBO Player?
It sits in the same family and uses the same activation logic. Because interface and coverage differences can vary with the device version, we determine the right version together with you based on your device.
Does the price change by version?
No. A single license is 7 EUR per year or 15 EUR lifetime for all IBO versions.
Can I move the license to another device?
Yes. When you send the old and new device details we assign the license to the new device.
Is the app license different from the subscription?
Yes. The subscription provides the streaming content, while the app license covers the use of the player app on your device. The two work together.
What happens if the license does not work on my device?
We check device compatibility before activation. If there is an incompatibility, we suggest an alternative version or start the refund process.
How do payment and delivery work?
Once you send your device details, we select the license type and complete the payment step via WhatsApp or email. Activation is usually completed the same day.
